Pei Tze In Europe - Prequel

Tickets and passes. Checked.
Clothes and toiletteries. Packed.
Camera. Yup, definitely!
Itinerary. Almost done.
Shoes. Hmmm... Still figuring out the final pair that is suitable for my feet before we embark on our 13 hour trip to our first stop.

We had been planning to go to Europe for many many years but we ended up getting caught in work commitments.
This year, we decided to make it happen.

Unfortunately, it is the wrong timing to travel now, with the Ringgit so weak and Euro was at RM5 a couple weeks ago.
We are also unsure about the current situation in Europe as many incidents had occurred within the span of 2 months.

However, we'll make the best out of this trip and make do with whatever resources we have.
Europe is full of history & visual arts plus it is rich in culture.
I definitely can't wait to get my hands on the finest coffee, pastries, sandwiches, cheese and beef.
Shopping will come in as the least priority. Yup, plan spoilt from the exchange rate. But who says we can't do window shopping? 😉

So stay posted on our visit to the first country!

The Missing Puzzles Between 2008 and Now....

I just realised I havent updated this particular blog for two years already!
How time flies!!!

Just a little update in year 2008, 2009 and 2010..
2008
- April: was proposed in Phuket (broke the news to my mum that nite and she asked me, "what proposal? business proposal?")
- December: registered at ROM Putrajaya

2009
- Jan: joined Wall's ice cream and got married to the company... not my man.....
- June: took my pre wedding photos.. yes, yes, this one is really with my man... morning session in the studio and afternoon session in Putrajaya (why, oh why, Putrajaya?? Mike has that thing for Putrajaya!)
- Dec: held the tea ceremony and wedding dinner (more of it in the other blog "Mike & Jen")

2010
- Jan: got promoted in terms of title and workload... it's a fair fair world, people...
- Feb: first CNY as married couples... we wanted to follow what the couples did in "Four Christmases", go for a holiday.. but it didn't happen. So we planned to visit our relatives, which to our surprise, everyone else went for a "holiday".... $$ saved!
- Mar: Honeymoon in Bali... had super low expectations, so i somehow enjoyed my trip
- May: Resigned from my current position and will be joining a new company in June

Heheh.. jammed pack with info, huh? No? What the heck, get back to your work!

Adios!

Updating the Outdated

Obviously, I haven't been paying much attention to my blog eversince God knows when... and if there ever is such a thing as Blogging God, I would have commited a sin. So much has happened within the past one year... (though I have not switched jobs yet... still quite faithful to my company). I guess I've finally found that little bit of time to blog (actually, I'm waiting for my documents to load right now and it's going to take a freaking long time... so I'd might as well do some blogging!).

I guess in my next posting, I'll be summarizing last year's events... hopefully with pictures...

Bangkok - Where are the places to eat?

Had all reservations and bookings done on air asia and we're going to Bangkok in March 2007. It's gonna be a 3days/2nights stay, so i'm thoroughly planning out our tour around Bangkok. Got all my maps and information ready for my planning.

Mike and I have never been there. So we arent very sure what are the places to visit and the must eat dishes in Bangkok. Well, looking at the information that i've gathered, the only thing that i've settled so far is "places to visit".. seems like the districts are very much uniquely divided to its own culture and there are quite easily accessible...

Unfortunately, the food part is a bit difficult as they don't tell you where the street foods are situated at... i'm wondering if there's any street food in Bangkok area (i.e. Sukhumvit, Silom, Chatuchak districts) ala our very own Malaysian Petaling Street or Jalan Alor or Bangsar pasar malam.... if there are any, it'll be excellent... that way we wont have to hunt all over the place and get to taste abit of everthing in just one street!

Seafood Galore - 2nd September 2006

Well, i said i was gonna put up pictures, well, here it is...

We went to Klang for seafood (hey, i know it's outdated, but make do with this ok)...
we've been craving for seafood the whole week...

Mike: He's either waiting patiently for the food to be served... or waiting patiently for me to take his picture...

Me: Woohoo!!! I got myself a crab!

We had 4 dishes... crabs, prawns, clams, fish... and yet, we managed to force them down into our stomachs... the servings served was definitely not meant for two people... minimum 5pax..
but nevertheless, we satisfied our tastebuds and stomachs.. hehehe
